The guarding force is carefully selected as per the laid down parameters that includes education, age, physical fitness and background. 50% of employees are Ex-service men and 50% are skilled and unskilled dependents of dairy farmers who subjected to rigorous and thorough vetting. They are trained from the Recognized Security Training Academy in First Aid, Fire fighting, Documentation and Self-defense. The training process shall be ongoing and progressive throughout the employee’s career to refresh and further develop their knowledge. In order to provide quality service we have a strong operations Team comprising coordinator, Officers, Inspectors and Patrolling Supervisors who constantly check on our assignments and guards thus enhancing customer care. This is further backed by a 24X7 Control Room so as to enable both clients and guards to obtain assistance at any time. Hence our response function is prompt and the operations network provides you with value added services that maintain the standards in the industry.
